Finding the key to your patterns and resources
What to expect:
Instructions on how to create your biography (This preliminary work is a prerequisite for our conversation and usually takes at least 2 hours.)
A 90-minute online conversation in which I listen attentively to you and your story; we identify your 3 greatest strengths and the 3 patterns that no longer serve you.
Individual session (90 min): 190 EUR

In conversation, it becomes easier to identify behaviors and thought patterns that are no longer serving you, and to recognize resources and strengths that you can use to better tackle upcoming challenges.

Understanding and transforming your own patterns
What to expect:
A guided, personalized online journey that can help you shed or completely resolve your epigenetic and biographical imprints.
You don't need any prior knowledge or preparation. We work with what is present in the moment and what you can perceive.

ECHO® is a systemic-somatic transformation method that combines scientifically based insights from epigenetics, trauma research, and working with inner parts.
In today's coaching and therapy landscape, many methods are focused on a specific area and miss the connection of all levels – and the focus on the actual origin. This is where ECHO® comes in.
When you come to the session, you don't need to know the origin of your topic. We will find that out together, in a very unspectacular way and with the help of the body's wisdom.
03 | Ancestral group journey

About me
What might interest you about your virtual travel companion.
I am truly convinced that for a fulfilling and peaceful coexistence – now and in the future – we need enough people who are aware of their uniqueness and also perceive themselves as part of a greater whole. Those who feel connected to everything also act responsibly towards the environment.
Even though I was very reflective by my late 20s and did a lot of the self-development activities available in the late '90s, it still took nearly 30 years for me to understand that I don't HAVE to deliver. That the expectations of me just keep getting higher if I meet them every time. .
I still enjoy my job in the private sector. But today, only a part of my energy and time flows into it. And besides that, there is also something else. For example, biographical and ancestral work – a wonderful way to support others in becoming more connected – with themselves, their ancestors, and the environment.
Facts about me
I hold a Master of Science degree in Business Administration / Studies and have over 25 years of experience in Finance and Human Resources, including 15 years abroad and 12 years in various leadership positions.
Moreover, I am certified as Holistic Coach, Business Coach, Spirit Coach, Radical Collaboration® Trainerin and ECHO® Practitioner.
There's nothing better than a cup of Darjeeling tea and two Lime Melts cookies from the Island Bakery to go with a nice cozy crime story.
My maternal lineage comes from Rheinhessen, and my paternal lineage comes from Upper Silesia.
